Void Rift Anomalies are a phenomenon where a Void Rift is created in the mortal plane. (see image)
These are very dangerous depending on the size of the rift. Anything dropped into the rift will be trapped in the void forever. Void entities may also emerge
from these rifts. If you encounter a Void Rift, contact the HRF immediately and distance yourself from the rift as much as possible. Void Rifts that are translucent aren't fully formed yet, these partially formed rifts may go away by themselves but it's unlikely. These must be reported, once it fully forms it will be near impossible to remove.

Our goal is to gather data on the environment within the void. This is the first human trial after successful tests with inanimate objects and small animals. All systems are go. Dr. Thompson: Understood. You’ve been briefed on the procedures. Remember, if anything feels wrong, communicate immediately. We will maintain constant visual and audio contact.
